ANB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Millican to First Vice President and Regional Senior Operations Officer V of ANB Bank’s Western Colorado Banking Centers, including Grand Junction and Telluride. Millican has over 18 years of banking experience and a wide range of knowledge that enables her to effectively monitor, maintain, and implement bank and financial audit operations.

Millican has served in several branch management roles before transitioning into operations. She has been overseeing bank audit functions since 2019. Her expertise in banking regulatory structure, compliance controls, and audit processes ensures success throughout the company.
As an active member of the Grand Junction community, Millican supports and volunteers for nonprofit organizations such as United Way of Mesa County, Children with Hope, March of Dimes, and several other organizations. As a certified Junior Achievement teacher, she has taught children the importance of saving money and is a member of several internal committees.
