When You Use our ANB Bank Mobile App or Mobile Deposit

What we collect:

  • Online identifiers that include Internet Protocol (IP) address and username;
  • Commercial information including records or personal property, products or services purchased, products or services obtained or products or services considered;
  • Location data from use of the website, online banking, mobile app, usages of ATMs, geo-fencing, and usage of debit cards (this can be collected in the background while the app is not in use);
  • Cookies, which are text files that are stored on a device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser; or other local storage technologies, like HTML 5 and Flash, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications;
  • Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked;
  • Internet or other electronic network activity, such as browsing history, search history, operating system and version, browser and version, network provider, mobile or tablet device's configuration/data attributes and information regarding consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement;
  • Photo(s) or image(s) taken of the front and bank of a check only when using the mobile application and the mobile deposit function is open and directly accesses the camera;  
  • Information regarding whether the mobile phone is jailbroken or has a DNS infection or other major security issue that could compromise the safety of your account.

With the ANB Mobile App, we do not monitor or collect the following:

  • Any information on user behavior in any application;
  • Any information on any browsing behavior;
  • Any information on any data on the phone (SMS messages, photos, etc.).

Opting Out of Location Tracking on the ANB Bank Mobile App:

  • If you initially consented to the collection of geo-location information through the ANB Bank Mobile App, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. Please note, however, that if you withdraw consent to our collection of location information, you may no longer be able to use some features of the ANB Bank Mobile App.

ANB Branded Social Media Sites

ANB Bank uses a number of social media sites to communicate with our customers. The social media sites, which are third-party sites (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), have their own privacy policies and privacy setting capabilities that govern their sites. These sites may allow ANB Bank to have access information about you if you have opted to follow, like, or connect with the ANB Bank page.

Cookies

The ANB Bank website and other ANB online platforms use cookies to provide an enhanced customer experience when you use our website and online platforms. Cookies contain data about your Internet usage and are stored directly on your computer. Our cookies are used to remember your Login ID, detect Transport Layer Security (TLS) settings on your browser and identify a trusted device or computer. The cookies from our website will stay on your computer until you clear or delete the cookies. You can choose to adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, but this could degrade your online experience by requiring you to enter your Login ID and password each time you login and requiring a secondary authentication with a Secure Access Code (SAC). You can delete cookies on your computer by following the instructions for your browser.

Google Analytics

ANB uses a tool called Google Analytics to collect statistical and website usage information for the anbbank.com website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. ANB Bank uses the following Google Analytic feature: Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. If you do not want Google Analytics to collect information about your website use, you can opt out by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and following the instructions.

Do Not Track

Our website uses cookies but does not provide targeted advertising. As a result, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Linking to Third-Party Websites

ANB Bank may provide links to websites owned or operated by third parties ANB is not responsible for the external content of such third parties. When you use a link to visit a third-party website, you will be subject to that website's privacy and security practices.

ANB Bank has a presence on social media through our ANB Bank branded social media pages. These social media sites have their own privacy and security practices.


Data Subject Rights

CCPA – California Resident Data Subject Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides certain rights to California residents. If your account has a California mailing address, we will not share your information with companies outside of ANB Bank, except for our everyday business purposes or with your consent. In response to requests that fall under CCPA for California residents, we will conform to the requirements of CCPA.
