Temporary Downtime for Online and Mobile Banking Happening Soon
As we continue to enhance your Online Banking experience, our Online and Mobile Banking systems will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, May 23 beginning at 7:00 pm MT/8:00 pm CT for approximately 5 hours.
Any scheduled Transactions or Bill Pays will not be affected by this downtime period and will be processed normally. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are committed to consistently providing a quality user experience that provide you more efficiency and stability.
Note: For Quicken/QuickBooks/Intuit users, the system will also be down and could take up to 5 days before their systems are live again. As we interface with their system to provide the service, syncing of the upgrade is in the hands of Quicken and is not an upgrade we control.
