A high-energy executive with broad-based leadership experience, Carolyn Paul leads ANB Bank’s Investment Management and Trust Division. As president, she brings nearly three decades of experience to provide strategic direction for the division and leads her team of experts in implementing plans for long-term security and growth of clients’ assets. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors of ANB Bank. Carolyn’s expertise is in portfolio management, asset allocation, alternative investments, business development and leadership. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Passionate in helping her community, Carolyn serves on the boards of several Denver area non-profit organizations.
Brian Carroll serves clients in Colorado Springs, providing trust administration and investment management services. Brian brings more than two decades’ experience in investment management, research, administration, financial consulting and estate planning. Brian has held officer positions with respected asset management divisions of financial institutions located in Florida and Pennsylvania, including chief investment officer, portfolio manager, trust administrator and equity strategist. He earned an M.B.A and is an active member of CFA Institute.
Brian is an active volunteer in the community both on his own and through the bank’s Community Corps Employee Volunteer Program.
Serving as a trust officer with ANB Bank’s IM&T division in Colorado Springs, Carol Heddings oversees the administration of trusts, estates and investment accounts. Her solid knowledge of banking operations, trust operations and administration, and administration of charitable foundations enables her to best coordinate products and services for her clients. Carol began her banking career in 1978, and joined ANB in 1996 as a Vice President and Trust Officer. As a long-time resident of Colorado Springs, community involvement is very important to Carol.
As a trust officer at ANB Bank’s IM&T division in Cherry Creek, Dawn Bitton oversees the administration of trusts, estates, investment accounts and IRAs, building close relationships with account owners and beneficiaries. Dawn began her career in banking in 2007. Prior to joining ANB Bank in 2012, Dawn served as a trust and wealth strategist officer for an asset management company in Denver. She completed trust training through American Bankers Association Trust School, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Colorado State University. Dawn is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Southeast Denver. She also volunteers for an organization that provides emotional support to children fighting cancer.
Denise Frau brings more than 20 years of legal and financial experience to serve as ANB Bank’s chief fiduciary officer in the IM&T division. Denise is responsible for overseeing trust and estate administration, drawing on both her experience and legal background. Prior to joining ANB Bank in 2013, Denise worked as an attorney practicing family law and estate planning. Her background also includes 12 years in the financial services industry, focused primarily in trust administration and investments. Denise earned a juris doctorate and a bachelor’s degree in economics cum laude. In the community, Denise volunteers in local schools, both at the university and elementary level.
As a trust administrator in Cheyenne, Gayla Austin works closely with account owners and beneficiaries to administer personal trusts, estates and conservatorships.
Prior to joining ANB Bank in 2013, Gayla worked in the legal field for more than 25 years, most recently as a litigation attorney. Her background includes transactional law with experience in administering conservatorships and estates. Gayla earned a juris doctor in 1999 and is a member of the Wyoming State Bar.
Gayla’s volunteer work includes building trails and assisting with events in the Wyoming State Parks system, and providing volunteer legal services and other pro bono work for low-income families.
Jay Ratterman is a Portfolio Manager with ANB Bank’s IM&T division, where he conducts extensive research and analysis of clients’ investments to help enhance and diversify their portfolios.
Prior to joining ANB Bank, Jay worked as a performance reporting analyst for an investment consulting firm. He began his career in financial services in 2007. Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the CFA Society of Colorado.
In his free time, Jay volunteers for the largest provider of donated medical supplies to developing countries around the world.
Michael Rice oversees the Bank’s retirement platform. This service provides employee retirement plan solutions for businesses, non-profits, and governmental entities. Michael brings over 30 years of experience in the trust, custodial, retirement and wealth management industries. Prior to joining ANB he was responsible for the development and management of business retirement programs, liquidity services and other financial products for a number of nationally recognized firms.
He holds a certificate in Bank Management and is currently holding a FINRA Series 7 general securities license.
As the investment manager with ANB Bank’s Cherry Creek IM&T division, Tiffani Boskovich serves on a team of professionals organized to best meet clients’ wealth management needs. Tiffani draws on her years of experience as a portfolio manager to customize recommendations based on the objectives, tax situation, risk tolerance and client time horizon.
Tiffani joined ANB’s investment team in February of 2007. She previously worked with a registered investment advisor, and its predecessor firm, a bank out of Fort Collins. Tiffani earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s of science degree in Financial Analysis. She is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the CFA Society of Colorado. Tiffani also stays active with youth in the community. For more than five years, she taught finance to second grade students, coached for a girls junior high school volleyball team, and works closely with a charity benefiting wounded Special Forces soldiers.
As a retirement services specialist in the IM&T division at ANB Bank’s Cherry Creek branch, Troy Jensen oversees administration of employer 401(k) plans, individual retirement accounts and other retirement pension plans.
Before joining ANB Bank in 2012, Troy served as a senior compliance specialist of pension plans. He began his career in employee benefits in 2001 with a large bank. Troy holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designations. Outside of the bank, Troy has been certified as a foster parent for several Colorado counties.
Will Snider, a seasoned financial advisor with two decades of experience, is a trust officer with ANB Bank’s IM&T division in Denver. Will provides trust services and long-term financial planning to clients looking to build and transfer assets from one generation to the next. Prior to joining ANB Bank, he served as an investment and trust officer with a bank and trust in Denver. He began his career in 1994, and has since worked in several investment firms and banks, serving in roles of increasing scope and leadership. Will is an active volunteer in his community with organizations ranging in focus from business development, education, and the arts.
